For the most part, I talk to folks online on Twitter @levyj413 (are you a Twitter doubter?  See why I tweet).

I use this blog to explore stuff in more depth than is possible in Twitter’s 140 characters.

I tend to talk online about social media and government.  There’s this concept among many in social media that you’re better off in permanent beta mode, testing ideas and greatly reducing the launch time.

I think government should adopt that concept, too.

Hence the name.

    Jeff,

How do I RSS feed your blog? I am not seeing a link, and frequently I miss your Twitter posts on new blog entries.

I work for Region 10, in the Seattle office, exploring Gov’t 2.0 out here and I really enjoy reading your blog as I am in the process of developing my own.
